All ticket purchase are final and non-refundable at the time of purchase. Can I switch my tickets to a different day? If you have purchased tickets for the wrong date, you may exchange them for tickets to a different date, provided the following conditions are met: The exchange is made before the date of the original performance. Tickets are available for the new date you wish to attend. Please note: the same assigned seats may not be available. The new tickets must be for the same price level or higher than the original tickets. Can I purchase tickets the day of the show, physically at the event? In some cases yes, tickets are available at the event for purchase, cash or card. Most of our events sell out online, so the only way to guarantee your entry into the event is to buy online before tickets sell out. What time should I get there? We highly suggest getting to the fairgrounds when the gates open for the show. The gates open at 5pm on Friday and Saturday where the track party opens at 5:15pm. You'll be able to access the track party for free monster truck autographs. The Ride Truck Experience begins at 5:00pm and will go before, during and after the show. We recommend being on-site no later than 6:00pm for the 7:30pm show time so you have plenty of time to ride the monster truck, get your favorite merchandise, grab something to eat and drink and find your seat! On Sunday afternoon, the gates will open at Noon and we recommend being there no later than 12:15pm as front gate lines could be up to a 15-20 minute wait. The track party begins at 12:15pm and extends to 1:30pm with the show starting right at 2:15pm What is the address of the show and where do I park? 650 Antelope Blvd, Red Bluff, California 96080. Parking is available at the front gate of the fairgrounds off of Antelope Blvd, and parking will be $10 with proceeds going towards our community partnership program. What if it rains before or during the show? The Monster Trucks are rain or shine! These 10 Monster Trucks will crush and smash through any rainy or stormy weather! For any severe weather storms, we will communicate to all ticket holders and possibly postpone the event. No refunds are issued for event postponement. How long does the show last? The show is estimated to be about 2 hours.  The section identifiers have changed for the reserved seating at the event. Please look at the maps on the website to understand where you are purchasing tickets. Be aware of the weather forecast for the day of the event. In the main grandstand reserved seating area there is a cover over rows 11-20. There is none in the box areas ,north or south arena seating. Be aware that the sun can be very hot on Sunday afternoon but that most of the seats in the main grandstand are shaded by 3:00. Please add your electronic ticket to your wallet to avoid internet delays as you enter the facilities Traffic is always backed up when there is an event at the Tehama County Fairgrounds. Please expect back ups from I5 onto Antelope Blvd and then into the parking lot. Parking is $10. The walk from the parking lot to the gates is quite long. Please make sure that you get in the correct admission line for your ticket type. They will be labelled. We will be using wrist bands to try to alleviate some of the crowding inside the event. This means that the admission process will take a little longer for those in the Reserved section and Box seats to allow for banding. There is a track party before each performance. It is 5:15- 6:45 for the evening performances and 12:15-1:30 for the Sunday afternoon performance. There will be lines coming into the venue as the gates are open. Please be patient and be aware of the weather forecast so you are appropriately dressed. There is no cover as protection from rain or sun. The Stairwell going up to the main grandstand gets very crowded so please have your wrist band ready to show the ushers. The lines at the food trucks can get long so please be patient. This event is very loud so take care to protect your ears and especially that of young children. Strollers are not allowed in the grandstands. They must be left unattended before entering the seating area. Friday Night is a Free toy truck for Kids 12 and under. Sunday is Family Day. You can bring an unopened or empty water bottle as well as items required for medical, family, or childcare into the event. Remember to Have a good Time |
